1. The hanging basket for high altitude operations should be equipped with safety ropes and safety locks for safety belts dedicated to the operators. The safety rope should be fixed in a reliable position of the building and must not be connected to any part of the hanging basket, and should meet the following requirements:
1) The safety rope should meet the requirements of the current national standard "Safety Belt" GB6095, and its diameter should be consistent with the specifications of the safety lock;
2) The safety rope must not be loose, broken or knotted;
3) The parts of the safety lock should be intact and complete, and the specifications and direction signs should be clearly identifiable.
2. The hanging basket should be equipped with a protective shed to prevent falling objects from high places from causing injury to the operators.
3. The upper limit device should be installed on the hanging basket, and the lower limit device should be installed.
4. When using the hanging basket, the obstacles that affect the normal operation of the hanging basket should be removed. In the area under the hanging basket that may cause falling objects injury, set up a safety isolation zone and warning signs, and personnel and vehicles are not allowed to stay or pass.
5. When performing installation and maintenance operations in the hanging basket, the operator should wear a tool bag.
6. The use of overseas gondola equipment should have a Chinese instruction manual; the safety performance of the product should comply with my country''''s current standards.
7. The hanging basket shall not be used as a vertical transportation equipment, and the hanging basket shall not be used to transport materials.
8. There should be no more than 2 operators in the hanging basket.
9. When the gondola is working normally, personnel should enter the gondola from the ground, and not enter or leave the gondola from the top of the building, windows, etc. or other holes.
10. Workers in the hanging basket should wear safety helmets, wear safety belts, and correctly hang the safety lock on the independent safety rope.
11. The load balance should be maintained in the gondola platform, and overload operation is strictly prohibited.
12. When the hanging basket is in lifting operation, the height difference between the two ends of the working platform shall not exceed 150mm.
13. When a hanging basket with a centrifugal trigger safety lock stays in the air for operations, the safety lock should be locked on the safety rope; when starting the hanging basket in the air, the hanging basket should be lifted to relax the safety rope before opening the safety lock. Do not forcibly pull the safety lock opening handle when the safety rope is under force; do not fix the safety lock opening handle in the open position.
14. For hanging baskets with a hanging height of 60 meters or less, a hanging basket platform with a long side not greater than 7.5 meters should be used; for those with a hanging height of 100 meters or less, a hanging basket platform with a long side not greater than 5.5 meters should be selected; If the suspension height is more than 100 meters, a hanging basket platform no more than 2.5 meters should be used.
15. When spraying operations or cleaning operations with corrosive liquids, anti-pollution protection measures should be taken for the hoist, safety lock, and electrical control cabinet of the hanging basket.
16. When the cantilever structure moves in parallel, the gondola platform should be lowered to the ground and the wire rope should be in a relaxed state.
